created with your community in mind

Our values revolve around not only making community amenities enjoyable again but providing an invaluable service that revolutionizes the expectations of visiting the pool. Every inch of our organization prioritizes relationships with our clients and their residents which is evident by our affordable pricing, thoughtful hiring practices, and responsive management team.

Committed to Excellence from Day One

The Pool Attendant Company was not created to sell, but rather to solve two problems that were plaguing community amenities. The first problem was mistreatment by patrons and trespassers who would not respect the rules, damage furniture, and promote a dangerous environment that would deter dues-paying homeowners from visiting their own amenities. The second problem was the existing solutions available to these communities to solve the first problem. Some communities would find volunteers in the community to manage access which would then end in disaster as the patrons and volunteer live within the same community, and accusations of favoritism or bias enforcement of rules would inevitably follow. Some communities would contract a security guard service which would set an authoritative tone that makes the amenities unwelcoming. Lastly, pool monitoring and lifeguard companies that dominated the market lacked customer service training for their employees and were riddled with absences.

Upon understanding the shortcomings of the existing solutions, TPAC launched a mission to not only meet the needs of communities, but reinvent the experience entirely of a community's amenities.

First, our staff need to be in the top 10% of pay in their position - Done.

Second, hire based on customer service and punctuality, rather than swimming pool related experience - Done.

Third, if even a minute is missed, that time gets reimbursed to the customer - Done.

Fourth, strict uniform policy consisting of our athletic polo + khaki shorts - Done.

Next, we need to reinvent the experience. From the moment a patron enters the property, they are greeted by a friendly smile that requests them to sign-in. Our employees will then offer a water or their assistance in finding the perfect spot. The patron will then observe the attendant walk the property every half hour to ensure optimal cleanliness and organization. If the employee notices any concerns with the property or water, they will submit a report via their work app which gets emailed directly to the community's respective manager.

This was and still is the simplest execution of the TPAC pool attendant staffing product. Some communities opt for more, such as towel and wristband services which we are happy to provide. But at a minimum, every customer we contract with can expect a passionate community servant who understands the importance of their position and associated responsibilities.

You shouldn't have to monitor your pool monitoring company. Hire Passion - Get Passion.
