  • Once the agreement is executed, the real fun begins!

Onboarding

  • Soon after signing, we will send over our W9 along with a COI listing your community and management company as an additional insured.
  • We schedule a time to meet with your community's representative to go over community specific rules, policies, and expectations. We will use this information to develop an operations manual and online wiki for our employees to use while working onsite.
  • Final steps include final recruiting and training efforts.
