    You're dependable, cooperative, and always ready to contribute to the team. Your upbeat attitude helps create a pleasant environment, and you're just as comfortable taking the lead as you are helping out behind the scenes.

  • Strong Problem Solver
    You handle issues as they arise with calm efficiency, ensuring the pool area remains safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. Your quick thinking is a big part of what makes our team successful.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality industry (Hotels, High-end Restaurants, Yacht Staff, Events, etc)

    OR Experience at Chick-fil-A/Racetrac/Quiktrip in management or supervisory position

  • Previous experience working around swimming pools

  • CPR Certification

  • Higher Education

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or greater

  • Experience in customer facing positions

  • No visible tattoos. or ability to cover tattoos on face/neck/hands during shift.

  • No excessive facial piercings

  • Ability to pass pre-employment and/or random drug test

  • No more than 4 jobs in the past 2 years

  • Reliable Transportation
